1. Find your Trustpilot's email address here: https://businessapp.b2b.trustpilot.com/invitations/eti-settings

2. Go on Actito and create a new email template with the following script:

*Update the dynamic placeholders if you are using different ones. 

3. On Actito, create a new scenario.

4. Choose your conditions, and add the action "Send an email" selecting the template with the script. Add Your Trustpilot mail as a recipient, so every time the conditions are met, a notification email will be sent to Trustpilot.

4. From the email settings, select which template you want to send to your customers & add if needed an invitation delay. 

Now every time a customer will fulfill the chosen conditions on Actito a Trustpilot's invitation will be created. You can see it from your Invitation history.
