1. Find your Trustpilot's email address here: https://businessapp.b2b.trustpilot.com/invitations/eti-settings

2. Go on Customer.io and find the email you want to use as a trigger

3. Past your Trustpilot's address by clicking here in bcc:

4. Make sure FAKE BCC is unticked

5. Go back to the content of your email
Select Code on the top

6. Here is the script you can use to get service reviews triggered:

7. From the email settings, select which template you want to send to your customers & add if needed an invitation delay. 

Now every time a customer will receive your email from customer.io, a Trustpilot's invitation will be created. You can see it from your Invitation history.
