How can I embed your AFS onto my mailerlite CRM ?
Or, failing that I am also looking to find a link I can copy that will go to the page in my Trustpilot so that customers can then leave a review.

I would advise you to reach out to your CSM or use the chat to talk to the support team.
If Mailerlite has a BCC field, you should just paste the AFS email address in your system, in the email you want to use as a trigger. If they don't have a BCC field, you can check out these instructions or look into Zapier to connect the platforms.
