We are interested in building a marketplace app/integration by partnering with TrustPilot Reviews.

I noticed you guys already have an integration with our product - Freshdesk.

I was unable to sign-up for a free account because it threw me an error saying "www.freshworks is being used already".

Does the free account come with API access?

Would you be able to provide us with a sandbox instance with API access + your API Developer Documentation for us to play around with?

We are focusing on verticalization and the vertical of our focus right now is E-Commerce.

We would love to partner with TrustPilot Reviews and help our customers complete their customers' journeys via Freshchat.
