Welcome to our Business Community. We’re excited to have you here!
Our Business Community is all about bringing Trustpilot Business customers together, to share experiences and tips. Together, we can help unlock the full potential of reviews.
Please have a quick read of our guidelines below, to ensure we’re all on the same page.
These guidelines apply automatically when you access and/or browse the Community. If at any point you don’t agree or can’t comply with these guidelines, then please don't use the Community.
Who can use the Business Community?
This platform has been created for Trustpilot Business customers, with the intention of helping them set up and use Trustpilot effectively. It’s not open to reviewers, and it’s not a place to discuss or dispute any reviews. If you have an issue with a review, please use the standard process found here. Any posts about specific reviews, individuals, disputes and/or subjects that don't comply with these guidelines will be removed.
Be nice
Our Business Community is built for us all to help each other. This means being patient and welcoming to anyone asking for help. It also means being constructive when giving feedback, and open to receiving it.
Please be respectful in your contributions. It’s important not to advertise, lie, bully, blackmail, make threats, spam, harass or do anything illegal. Be sure that your posts don’t include anything inaccurate, untrue, malicious (including software), harmful, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory or obscene. You’ll also need to abide by our Terms of Use and Sale for Businesses and Trustpilot Guidelines.
We will moderate content before it’s published on the platform, to make sure everyone is following the rules. Don’t worry, you’re in good hands.
Keep your private information private
We take privacy seriously, so please don’t post any sensitive, confidential or personal information about you or anyone else. This includes things like names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, etc. We don’t want anyone to be able to track, identify, contact or impersonate someone based on what they read on the Business Community. Refrain from posting commercially sensitive or confidential information about any business, including Trustpilot.
Be careful
Our community is an open and honest space for our business customers to help each other out. However, it’s all based on personal experiences, so what worked for one user might not work for another. Remember to sense check any advice you receive. We’re not liable for anything posted on our Business Community or any actions taken (or not taken) in connection with a post.
Your data
We don’t collect much personal information, but anything that we do collect is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Dealbreakers
We’re all for freedom of expression, but you’ll need to make sure what you’re writing follows our rules. We can moderate and remove content and/or block access to anyone that breaches these guidelines.
The final say
These guidelines are just that: guiding principles. Please understand that we have the final say with regard to the interpretation and application of these guidelines, and we can update them at any time without notice.
