Trustpilot’s Shopify integration: Multi-language option

This feature is included in the Free, Plus, Premium, Advanced, and Enterprise plans.

If your Shopify store has different published languages, you can use the Multi-language option to set different templates for specific languages.

Here's how to do it: 

  1. In Shopify, click on the Apps tab on the left hand menu. Select Trustpilot Reviews.
  2. Under Invitation settings, scroll down to Multi-language option.
  3. Click Edit under Invitation templates.
  4. Click Add another language under Service reviews or Product reviews. Choose an option from your store’s published languages and select which template to use for that language from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click Save.
