Trustpilot's Square integration: Send review invitations
Our Square integration allows you to send automated review invitations. You can choose to send them after both online purchases and in-person purchases. Learn how to set them up here.
For Square Online purchases
Once your Square integration is installed, all customers who purchase a product on your Weebly store will receive an invitation to leave a Trustpilot review of your business. That's it - no further action required!
For in-person purchases via Square Point of Sale
You'll need to enable the Point of Sale Sign-Up Screen during checkout to send invitations. Trustpilot will only send email invitations to customers who sign up for your Square mailing list, as reflected in your Square Customer Directory. If a customer unsubscribes from the Square mailing list, they'll no longer receive Trustpilot invitations.
Set up Point of Sale Sign-Up Screen
Here’s how to set up the Point of Sale Sign-Up Screen on an iPad:

Open your Square account on your iPad and go to Settings > Customers.

Go to Customer Directory, then click Sign-Up Screen.

Turn on the toggle to Collect customer data after sale.
Important: Square lists the option to offer customer coupons on the Sign-Up Screen. If you enable this option, do not write a message incentivizing customers to leave a Trustpilot review. Instead, you can use a general message like “Stay in touch!”. Trustpilot does not allow businesses to offer customers incentives for reviews. Read more about our guidelines here.
Once invitations are set up, you can change invitation settings like timing and frequency, email settings, and more here. All settings configured here will apply to your invitations sent through the Square integration.
