Trustpilot’s Wix integration
Our Wix integration allows you to automatically send review invitations and manage your invitation strategy across multiple stores. Learn how to set it up here.
You can choose to install the integration directly from Trustpilot Business, or from Wix’s App Market.
Install the integration

In Trustpilot Business, go to Integrations > Ecommerce > Wix.

Click the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions. Click Connect.

Wix Stores will open in a new window. If prompted, log into your Wix account. If you have multiple Wix Stores, select which store you want to connect to Trustpilot.

Click Add to site to complete connecting Trustpilot to your Wix account.
You’ll be redirected back to Trustpilot Business. At this point, your Wix store is connected and review invitations will be sent to your customers automatically after every purchase.
From the Wix App Market

Find the Trustpilot integration in the App Market, and click Add to site. If you have multiple Wix websites, select which store you want to connect to Trustpilot.

You’ll be redirected back to Trustpilot Business. Click the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions, then click Connect.

Click Add to site on the next screen to give Trustpilot access to your Wix account.
You’ll be redirected back to Trustpilot Business. At this point, your Wix store is connected and review invitations will be sent to your customers automatically after every purchase.
Send review invitations
An order from your Wix Store automatically triggers an email invitation to your customer to write a service review on Trustpilot. Once you’ve installed the Wix integration, invitations will begin to send automatically.

In Trustpilot Business, go to Integrations > Ecommerce > Wix.

Configure the Invitation trigger by choosing between two options. Order confirmed sends an invitation to customers while their order is processing. Order completed sends an invitation when their order is completed.

You can also select the amount of time you’d like to pass between when a customer makes a purchase or uses your business. You can send immediately or up to 3 months later. Select the number of days, weeks, or months from the drop-down menu. If you want to send the invitation immediately, select 0 days.

Click Save changes.
You can change more invitation settings like timing and frequency, email settings, and more in Invitation Settings. All settings configured here will apply to your invitations sent through the Wix integration.
Add a TrustBox widget
- In Trustpilot Business, go to Share & promote > Website widgets > All widgets. Select and configure the widget you want to add.
- Once you're done configuring, click Get Code. You'll embed them in step 6.
- Log in to Wix. Click Quick Access at the bottom left, then select Edit Site. This will open the Wix Website Editor.
- Click + , then through to Embed > Custom Embeds > Embed a widget.
- An HTML box will appear. Click Enter Code.
- Paste both sets of code into the editor, one after another.
- You can place the widget where you want by dragging and dropping. When you're happy with how it looks, click Update > Publish.
Add multiple stores
If you have multiple stores and want to collect reviews for all of them, follow the instructions below.

Once the Wix integration is installed for a single store, go to Integrations > Ecommerce > Wix.

Select Connect another store and in Wix, select the Wix store to connect to Trustpilot.

Back in Trustpilot Business, all of your connected stores will be shown, e.g., “Connected to Wixstore1.com and Wixstore2.com.” Your invitation settings will be the same across all connected Wix stores.
Delete the integration
If you no longer want to send review invitations with Wix, you can delete the integration.

From your Wix Accounts dashboard, go to Manage Apps.

Select Show more (...) next to the Trustpilot icon, then click Delete.
