When you reach out to us for support, we might ask you to send us a screenshot or some other type of documentation. They’re really useful in giving us the information that we need to help resolve issues you’re having on Trustpilot.

How to add an attachment to an email 

The exact way to add an attachment to an email depends on what mail service you’re using. That said, the overall process is pretty similar on most email programs. Usually, it goes something like this:
  1. Go to the email you'd like to add the attachment to. If you've already been in touch with us, it's important that you reply to the email response we sent you. If you send us a new email, you'll get a bounce message. 
  2. Find the menu item for attaching a file. It may say something like “Attach file” or appear as a paperclip icon. Click it to open up your files.
  3. Locate and select the file(s) that you want to attach to the email. If you're on desktop, you can usually attach multiple files at once by holding the Ctrl button, while selecting each file.
  4. Click the "Open" or another similar button to confirm the selection and attach the file(s) to the email.
  5. Continue writing your email as you wish. When you’re ready, all you need to do is hit send and your files will be sent together with the message.
