Not able to log in to Trustpilot? Seeing a blank page, spinning wheel or error messages, when you just want to get into your account? Try some of the suggestions below to get back in no time.
Sometimes things don’t always work right the first time. Luckily, there are some steps you can take to get back on the right track and get logged in to your Trustpilot account.
Be aware of error messages
Be aware of the type of error messages you receive. Some may inform you what is causing the login issue and may give you specific instructions on how to solve it. If the actions you take still do not solve the issue, try the following below.
Make sure cookies are enabled
It’s not uncommon to have login issues when third party cookies are disabled. Make sure that you have them enabled and then try logging in again. If you’re not sure what settings your cookies are running on, you should check out this guide.
Try a new browser
Sometimes the issue can come from incompatibility of several factors, such as your browser and network settings. We usually recommend the Google Chrome browser, as it’s the one we’ve noted runs the most smoothly.
Clear your cache and cookies
It also usually helps to clear your cache and cookies. Here’s how to do it for Chrome and Safari.
View the page in Guest mode
Try viewing the page in Guest mode, to ensure that no third party apps or extensions are blocking the third party cookies. How to use Guest mode depends on your browser - if you’re using Chrome, click your profile at the top right, then select Guest.
Enter your credentials manually
If all that doesn't work, try to enter your Trustpilot login credentials manually. Sometimes the pre-populated login runs into some issues, so try to delete what's there and enter your details again.
