Your TrustScore is a powerful measurement tool that shows how consumers feel about what you have to offer. The TrustScore insights page allows you to take a closer look at your score, in order to take the right steps to grow or maintain it.
To access the TrustScore insights dashboard, in Trustpilot Business go to Analytics > Performance > TrustScore insights.
The first thing you’ll see on the dashboard is your current TrustScore, alongside your star rating, and the number of reviews you’ve received.
You’ll also be able to see how many days you’ve had this TrustScore for, as well as the number of reviews you’ve received in the last 28 days, with a percentage of the increase or decrease in number of reviews.
TrustScore Forecast
Next to your current TrustScore information, you'll find your TrustScore forecast. This is a projection of how your TrustScore should develop based on your profile's performance in the last 28 days. You can use this information to estimate where your TrustScore will be in the upcoming weeks. These calculations assume no changes to your average star rating or volume of reviews.
