Trustpilot's WordPress integration: Add a TrustBox widget

This feature is included in the Free, Plus, Premium, Advanced, and Enterprise plans.

Trustpilot's WordPress integration enables you to add widgets to your website. It supports WordPress versions 3.5.1 and higher. Learn how to add a TrustBox here.

Before you can add a widget to your WordPress page, you’ll need to install our Wordpress integration.

We don’t currently have a sandbox environment available for testing purposes. This integration is not compatible with Internet Explorer.

Add a TrustBox widget

  1. In WordPress, click the Trustpilot tab.
  2. Under TrustBox, choose the widget you want, and drag and drop it on your site display to test it. You can move it wherever you want.

If you choose the Product TrustBox widget, your data-sku attribute will be updated automatically. Remember to add it to your product page.

  1. Hover over the preview of your widget and click Customize. The TrustBox settings column will appear on the left-hand side of the page showing your customization options.

  1. To publish the widget on your site, click Publish changes.

Delete a widget

If you want to delete a widget from your site:

  1. Hover over the widget and click on the trash bin icon on the right corner. Click Publish changes.
  2. A pop-up will appear to tell you the changes have been made. Click Done.
