Our Slack integration allows you to streamline your business’s customer service. Receive, sort, and reply to all your reviews from Slack without logging into Trustpilot or changing your workflow. Learn how to set up and manage the integration here.
Note: We don’t currently have a sandbox environment available for testing purposes.
Connect the integration
- In Trustpilot Business, go to Integrations > Customer Support. Click Slack.
- On the next page, click Add to Slack.
- Review the permissions. Choose or create a channel for Trustpilot to connect to. Make sure to invite @trustpilot to the channel if it’s a private one. Click Allow. A confirmation message will appear.
Note: You may need a developer to help you with this. Trustpilot has created resources on Github to help.
Manage the integration
Once installed, you’ll receive a Slack message from Trustpilot under Apps, as well as a message in the connected channel stating that the integration has been added. From here, you can manage your settings and reply to reviews.
