The Q&A widget helps your customers find the answers to their questions about your products, and gives you insights into what info your customers are looking for. This article shows you how you can add and use it.
You can find the Q&A widget here. It’s added the same way as our TrustBox widgets - you can find a step-by-step guide in this article. Place the Q&A widget on your product pages, then your customers can ask their questions and you can provide the answers.
This feature helps your customers make better decisions about purchasing your products and helps you improve your service. Plus you’ll gain insight into what information your customers are searching for when looking at your products.
As an added bonus, the content in the Q&A widget is indexed by search engines which can lead to more traffic to your products!
How it works
- Your customer asks a question. After you add the widget, customers can ask a question directly on your website. It’s not possible to ask questions anonymously, so they’ll need a Trustpilot account.
- You answer their question. After a customer asks a question, you’ll be notified by email with a link to the Q&A section of your Trustpilot account, where you can respond to what they’ve written.
- The Q&A is published. The customer will be notified that you answered their question and the Q&A will be published in the widget for all your customers to see. Only questions that have been answered are shown on your website.
