We keep reviews for as long as the author has a Trustpilot reviewer account. When a reviewers account is deleted, their reviews are also deleted.

Users own their reviews

Anyone who wants to post a review must have a Trustpilot reviewer account. We consider reviews to be user-generated content owned by their author, and they're the only one who can edit or permanently delete their reviews. 

How long do we retain reviews?

Unless a reviewer permanently deletes their individual reviews, we keep reviews for as long as they have a Trustpilot account. When a reviewer deletes their account, all of their reviews are also permanently deleted. This is outlined in the 'How long do we store your personal data?' section of our Privacy Policy.
