The Organic reach dashboard gives you an overview of how your Trustpilot profile is performing in organic Google searches, as well as tips on how you can optimize that performance.
If you use TrustBoxes, the Dashboard also provides you with important information about the reach of your TrustBoxes.

How your Trustpilot profile is performing in organic Google search
When your Trustpilot profile appears (prominently) in Google search, you help to build trust with your customers. They can see that you're a company that believes in transparency and embraces feedback.
The charts in the How your Trustpilot profile is performing in organic Google Search section provide you with information about the reach of your Trustpilot profile, and give you an idea of what you could do to optimize your performance.
This section displays:
- The number of times your Trustpilot profile had an impression in Google’s organic search result
- The average position of your Trustpilot profile in Google search results
- The number of times users clicked through to your Trustpilot profile
- The average click through rate calculated as (clicks/impressions) x 100
Note: There can be a 2 to 3-day lag between when Google collects the data and when it is available in Trustpilot Business.
What's a Google impression?
An impression describes how often a page appears in a Google search. Every time a URL link (like your company profile's web address or https://www.trustpilot.com/review/[COMPANYNAME]) appears in a search result, Google records an impression.

How your TrustBoxes are performing
If you use TrustBoxes on your company website, this section of the dashboard shows you aggregate statistics on how your TrustBoxes are performing. This lets you know if you've implemented them in an optimal way, or if you could get more value out of your TrustBoxes.
You’ll see the number of times a page with one of your TrustBoxes has been loaded, as well as how many times a TrustBox was visible to a visitor after the page load.
You’ll also find a “loads-to-views ratio” that gives you an overall metric for how efficiently your TrustBoxes perform. If this ratio is low, this means that few visitors see your TrustBoxes, and that you are probably not getting the optimal value from them.
