Review insights - Overview
Review insights provides you with dashboards that let you analyze your reviews, locate trends, and monitor your customers’ experiences to pinpoint issues across sentiments, topics, and star ratings. The feature uses machine learning technology to automatically detect topics in your reviews, and generates data that tracks their development. Check out this article to get a more detailed overview.
Review Insights - Topics
By default, Review insights gives you a list of preselected topics, such as ‘Customer service’ or ‘Delivery’. You can also define and track your own custom topics to tailor insights specifically to your company or industry. Topics are shown in order of most review mentions, with favorites appearing first. You can apply filters and sort by using the arrows next to Topic, Sentiment score, or Reviews. Learn more about these features here.

Review Insights - Competitors
In Trustpilot Business, the Competitors page allows you to analyze your direct competitors and see how your company compares. Select up to 5 businesses and discover how you're performing across review topics, trends, and sentiments. You can learn more about this feature here.
Review Insights - TrustScore Forecast
TrustScore forecast lets you project how changes to your review collection and ratings may impact your TrustScore over the next year. You’ll be able to predict how changes in key review metrics, like review numbers and average star rating, will affect your future TrustScore.
