The product reviews page on your Trustpilot Business account allows you to filter, export, and manage all your business’s product reviews from one place.
Filter product reviews
All your business’s reviews on the product reviews page are listed in chronological order. Apply a filter to easily sort or search for them.
- In Trustpilot Business, go to Manage reviews > Product reviews > Inbox.
- Search for a specific review in the search bar, or select a filter for Star rating, Reply, Reported, Photo/video, Category, or Date.
- Choose a filter, then click Apply in its drop-down menu.
Multiple filters can be applied at the same time.
- To clear an applied filter, select it and click Clear in its drop-down menu. To clear all applied filters, click Clear all.
Export product reviews
Export reviews from the product reviews page as a CSV file to easily access them outside your Trustpilot Business account.
You can export all reviews at once, or with any filters applied.
- In Trustpilot Business, go to Manage reviews > Product reviews > Inbox.
- Click Export in the top right-hand corner.
Find customer information
Want more information about a reviewer? Find their location, reference number, email address, and reviews by clicking the username within their review on the product reviews page.
Find product attribute ratings
Product attributes are the various characteristics of a product that can be rated individually within a product review. If a reviewer has also chosen to rate attributes, find them within their review on the product reviews page.
Find product review photos
Product review photos are automatically enabled for all your products up for review. If a reviewer chooses to add one, find it within their review on the product reviews page.
