If you're on a paid plan, you'll get an account manager automatically assigned to you. If you have a Free plan, you’re unfortunately not eligible for an account manager or the benefits that come with one.

When to contact your account manager

Your account manager is the first point of contact for all questions or changes regarding your Trustpilot Business account. Some of the most common reasons to contact them include upgrades, add-ons, or changes to your payment details.

How to contact your account manager

  1. In Trustpilot Business, click the question mark in the upper right.

  1. From here, you'll see the name and contact details of your account manager.
