When to contact your account manager
Your account manager is the first point of contact for all questions or changes regarding your Trustpilot Business account. Some of the most common reasons to contact them include upgrades, add-ons, or changes to your payment details.
How to contact your account manager
- In Trustpilot Business, click the information (i) icon in the top right.
- From here, you can see the name and contact details for your account manager.
If you don't see someone listed here, you're not eligible for an account manager on your plan or the benefits that come with one. You can reach out to our Support Team instead.
