Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Depending on your pricing plan with Trustpilot, you may have a manager assigned to help handle your account details. Learn who they are and how to contact them here.

What's a CSM?

Your account’s manager is called a Customer Success Manager (CSM for short).

Depending on your pricing plan, a CSM is automatically assigned to your account. If you have a Free plan, you’re unfortunately not eligible for a CSM or the benefits that come with them.

When to contact your CSM

Your CSM is the first point of contact for all questions or changes regarding your Trustpilot account. Some of the most common reasons to contact your CSM include upgrades, add-ons, changes to your payment details, or cancellations.
