What's a CSM?
Your account’s manager is called a Customer Success Manager (CSM for short).
Depending on your pricing plan, a CSM is automatically assigned to your account. If you have a Free plan, you’re unfortunately not eligible for a CSM or the benefits that come with them.
When to contact your CSM
Your CSM is the first point of contact for all questions or changes regarding your Trustpilot account. Some of the most common reasons to contact your CSM include upgrades, add-ons, changes to your payment details, or cancellations.
Contact your CSM
- From your Trustpilot Business Account, click the question mark in the upper right-hand corner.
- From here you can view the name and contact details of your CSM.
