Your account manager is the first point of contact for all questions or changes regarding your Trustpilot Business account. Some of the most common reasons to contact them include upgrades, add-ons, or changes to your payment details.
How to contact your account manager
In Trustpilot Business, click the question mark in the upper right-hand corner.
From here, you'll see the name and contact details of your account manager.
