- Enter customer data manually (service reviews)
Basic Invitations
Basic invitations are best for businesses that would like to invite customers to leave a review using their own email service. You use your own email service to send customers a link, which will direct them to your business’s page on Trustpilot.
Considerations
It’s useful to bear in mind that when a customer leaves a review after receiving an invitation sent using a manual method, the review will be labelled as “Invited” on Trustpilot. If you’d like your reviews to be marked as “Verified” you’ll need to use one of our automatic invitation methods. You can read more about them in this article.
