We offer several methods for sending invitations to customers. Here’s a breakdown of the ways you can manually invite customers to leave reviews.
Our manual review invitations are quick, easy, and require little technical knowledge to set up. There are different ways to send manual invitations, depending on the type of reviews you’re collecting. Learn more about each method here:
- Upload a file with customer data (product reviews)
- Upload a file with customer data (service reviews)
- Copy-paste customer data from a document (service reviews)
- Enter customer data manually (service reviews)
Basic invitations are best for businesses that would like to invite customers to leave a review using their own email service. You use your own email service to send customers a link, which will direct them to your business’s page on Trustpilot.
It’s useful to bear in mind that when a customer leaves a review after receiving an invitation sent using a manual method, the review will be labelled as “Invited” on Trustpilot. If you’d like your reviews to be marked as “Verified” you’ll need to use one of our automatic invitation methods. You can read more about them in this article.
