Your business profile page introduces and highlights your business on Trustpilot. Here's an overview of the different sections you’ll find on your profile page and what information can be found in each of them.
What’s a business profile page?
A business profile page is where we display all reviews and other relevant information about the businesses on Trustpilot. Users can read and write reviews on this page.
Does every business have one?
If someone has written a review about you on Trustpilot, you've got a business profile page. Simple as that. You may not have claimed the profile as yours, but it’s visible on Trustpilot regardless.
By claiming your business profile, you can engage with reviewers and access all the features we offer to use your narrative - positive and negative - to your advantage. Find out how to claim yours here.
What’s shown on my business profile page?
If unclaimed, your profile automatically displays all reviews about your business, as well as some of the details below. If you decide to claim the profile, you’ll be able to add even more information and customize it as you like.
TrustScore & star rating: We show your TrustScore: a measurement of reviewer satisfaction based on service reviews you collect on Trustpilot. The star rating is your TrustScore shown in a visual format.
Reviews: We show reviews that customers have written about your business, which can be filtered and sorted by both language and rating. You can also apply dynamic filters - these filters are automatically generated by detecting the most popular nouns or themes mentioned in your reviews within the last 12 months.
Company activity: In this section, we show how your business uses Trustpilot, by highlighting if your profile is or has been claimed, how you get reviews, how you reply to reviews, and more. Find additional details here.
Contact: We include a link to your website. You can add more detailed contact information once you’ve claimed your profile.
People who looked at this company also looked at: This section shows the top three other businesses that users also viewed. User browsing behavior is the only factor that determines which businesses are displayed. This feature is only available in certain markets.
This widget can’t be removed. It’s not intended for promotion or advertisement. Instead, it increases your chances of being discovered by the right customer who wants to make a purchase and boosts traffic and SEO on your business profile via other profiles.
