The Support Center

Our Support Center contains hundreds of helpful articles and how-to guides that teach you how to start using Trustpilot. We'll show you how to log in, set up your business account, invite customers, and start gathering reviews.

Once you're a more experienced user, you'll find plenty of articles that show you how to use our system more effectively. We want to help you use Trustpilot to discover what you're doing well, what you can possibly improve, and how you can better interact with your customers to make your brand better.

If you have any questions about Trustpilot or have an issue that you need help with, you can contact our friendly Support team. Simply fill out our contact form, which you can find using the Contact Support link at the top right of every page in our Support Center.

You can also contact us by phone or use our live chat to get Support team assistance from 9 am to midnight CET. You may need to upgrade your subscription to access this service.

Business account features

There are four tier options you can choose from when you open a Trustpilot business account.

  • Free
  • Lite
  • Pro
  • Enterprise

All account types contain features that let you:

  • Edit your Trustpilot company profile page.
  • Receive new review notifications.
  • Respond to reviews.
  • Request reference number and use our Find reviewer function.
  • Integrate with e-commerce apps.
  • Send invitations.
  • Send invitation reminders.
  • Achieve Google Seller Ratings & Bing & Yahoo merchant reviews.
  • Use our most basic TrustBoxes.
  • Share your reviews to social media with one click.
  • See your overview statistics.
  • Use our online Support Center, including chat and email support.

The Lite, Pro, or Enterprise tiers have different subscription rates. Each tier has a different set of added features and functions, for example, access to a wider variety of TrustBoxes, and more invitations per month, that depend on the tier that you choose.
