The Support Center

Our Support Center contains hundreds of helpful articles and how-to guides that teach you how to start using Trustpilot. We'll show you how to log in, set up your business account, invite customers, and start gathering reviews.

Once you're a more experienced user, you'll find plenty of articles that show you how to use our system more effectively. We want to help you use Trustpilot to discover what you're doing well, what you can possibly improve, and how you can better interact with your customers to make your brand better.

Have any questions about Trustpilot or have an issue that you need help with? Contact our friendly Support team. Fill out our contact form, and one of our agents will get back to you. Just use the Contact Support link at the top of the Support Center homepage.

Some customers can also contact us by phone or use our live chat to get assistance from 9 am to midnight CET. You may need to upgrade your subscription to access this service.

Business account features

There are four options you can choose from when you open a Trustpilot business account.

  • Free
  • Lite
  • Pro
  • Enterprise

All plans include features that let you:

  • Edit your Trustpilot company profile page.
  • Receive new review notifications.
  • Respond to reviews.
  • Request a reference number and use our Find reviewer function.
  • Integrate with eCommerce apps.
  • Send invitations.
  • Send invitation reminders.
  • Achieve Google Seller Ratings, Bing, and Yahoo merchant reviews.
  • Use our most basic TrustBoxes.
  • Share your reviews on social media with one click.
  • See your overview statistics.
  • Use our online Support Center, including chat and email support.

The Lite, Pro, and Enterprise plans have different subscription rates. Each plan has a different set of features and functionality, for example, access to a wider variety of TrustBoxes or more invitations per month, depending on which plan that you choose.
