Put a face to your name on Trustpilot. Upload your profile picture for the first time to identify yourself, or feel free to change or remove it at any time.
If you signed up for Trustpilot via email, we automatically display a gray silhouette as your profile picture until you change it. If you signed up via Facebook or Google, we display your picture from that platform.
Guidelines for profile pictures
Here are our guidelines to consider when you choose a profile picture.
- It must have a minimum height and width of 73px.
- It must be uploaded in one of these supported formats: .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .tiff.
- It shouldn’t be a corporate logo or advertisement.
- It shouldn’t contain anything offensive. No hate speech or symbols, profanity, or nudity.
- You must have the right to use it.

Change your profile picture

On Trustpilot, click your user icon in the top right-hand corner. Select My Settings from the drop-down menu.

Under Personal settings, click Upload your profile picture.

In the dialog box, select the file you want to upload, then click Open.

A confirmation message will appear on the page.
Remove your profile picture

On Trustpilot, click your user icon in the top right-hand corner. Select My Settings from the drop-down menu.

Under Personal settings, click Remove my picture for now.

In the dialog box, click OK.

A confirmation message will appear on the page.
It can take up to 20 minutes for any changes you've made to appear on Trustpilot.
Do I need a profile picture?
If you'd prefer not to display a profile picture, you don't need to. Instead, Trustpilot will display a gray silhouette as a placeholder.
