Never worry about missing an invoice again. Setting up automatic card payments is a hassle-free way to keep your account current.
It's quick to set up and requires minimal maintenance - you'll only need to update anything if your card details change.
Is this like a direct debit?
Not exactly. Think of it like this:
- With a direct debit, you let your bank automatically pay bills for you from your account.
- With an automatic card payment, you connect your specific card to pay bills.
Both ways get your bill paid on time, they just work slightly differently behind-the-scenes.
How do I set it up?
- Go to Trustpilot Business and click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Plans & billing.
- Scroll down to Payment information. Click Edit to make your changes.
