Easily manage billing, update payment info, and explore plans. Get all your Trustpilot billing answers here.

How can I pay my invoice?

We offer a few payment options:

View your invoices

  1. In Trustpilot Business, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Plans & billing.
  3. Click the Billing history tab.

Manage payment information

  1. In Trustpilot Business, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Plans & billing.
  3. Scroll down to Payment information. Click Edit.
  4. Make your changes, then click Save.

Manage billing information

You can easily change details such as your address and contact details.

  1. In Trustpilot Business, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Plans & billing.
  3. Scroll to the Company & billing information section. If your company details differ from your billing information, use the checkbox to edit them separately.
  4. Click Edit to make changes.
  5. After making your updates, click Save to confirm.

Upgrade or change your plan

  1. In Trustpilot Business, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Plans & billing.
  3. On the Your Plan page, you’ll see your current plan details.
  4. Click the Change plan button to explore our available plans and start the process.

If you’re on a free plan, this button may say Upgrade now.

Edit your primary contact details

  1. In Trustpilot Business, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Plans & billing.
  3. Scroll down to Primary contact. Click Edit.
  4. Make your changes, then click Save.

Update your VAT information

If your VAT number changes, just let your account manager know, and they’ll handle it. Here's how:

  1. In Trustpilot Business, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Plans & billing.
  3. Find your account manager’s details on the Your Plan page and click Contact now.

Free and Plus plans don’t include an account manager. Instead, you can contact our support team for assistance with VAT updates.

The payment link on my invoice isn't working.

Click the link directly instead of typing it into your browser. If that doesn't work, contact your account manager.

When does my contract renew?

Your contract renewal date is listed in your contract. You can also find it by following these steps:

  1. In Trustpilot Business, click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Plans & billing.
  3. Click the Domains tab. The renewal date for each of your domains will be displayed here.
