Billing - FAQ

If your Trustpilot Business account is on a paid plan, you may have questions about billing. Here’s a list of the most commonly asked questions.

How do I change my billing information or payment details?

You can update your billing information and payment details by going to Trustpilot Business. From there,  go to Settings > Business settings > Billing. This feature is available to all users with an admin role.

My business's VAT number has changed. How do I let you know?

Get in touch with your account manager to let them know.

Who should I ask about questions regarding my invoice?

Please reach out to your account manger if you have any questions. If they can't help, they can forward you to the correct department.

Where can I find or get a copy of my bill?

You can find a copy of your bill or invoice in the Billing section of Trustpilot Business. Go to Settings > Business settings > Billing. From there, you'll find your Billing history and you'll be able to download current and previous invoices.

How do I pay my invoice?

Check out this article to learn about your payment options, including:

  • Recurring credit card payments
  • Single credit card payments
  • PayPal
  • Wire transfer
  • Direct Debit in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Italy, France and Germany

The URL for credit card payment on my invoice doesn't work. What do I do?

The URL printed on your invoice is a shortened version of the URL you need to use, since the full version is very long. We send all invoices in electronic form, so the best way to access it is to click the link. You shouldn't type the link into the address bar because it'll be missing important parts of the text. If this fails, the link may be broken and you should contact your account manager for help.

Where can I find my contract renewal date?

This information is on your own copy of your contract. If you don't have a copy of your contract, ask your account manager for help.

Who do I contact to upgrade my plan?

Your account manager is the first point of contact for any changes you want to make, such as upgrades, or add-ons.
