Need to cancel the next automatic renewal of your Trustpilot Business plan? Here’s what you need to know about the process, key details, and next steps.
Cancel the renewal of your plan
If you have a paid Trustpilot Business plan, you have the option to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription. Cancellation terms are outlined in your contract and can also be found in our Terms of Use and Sale for Businesses.
The cancellation process is partially automated. If we’re unable to match your email address to our internal system, your request may be delayed. However, once we’ve confirmed all necessary information, your cancellation request will be honored as of the date of the receipt of the original request. To avoid this, make sure you send the email from your designated contact with the authority to sign contracts and/or process payments.
- Send an email to cancellation@trustpilot.com at least 30 days before your current subscription period ends.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve successfully received your cancellation request.
- Our Commercial team will reach out to confirm the cancellation.
If you’re unsure which email to use for your cancellation request, please contact our Support team directly through the chat in Trustpilot Business.
