We’ve introduced a new passwordless login method to strengthen the security of your Trustpilot Business account. Below are some frequently asked questions to help you understand and navigate the update.

How does the new login work?

To improve the security of your Trustpilot Business account, we’ve introduced a passwordless login method. When you log in, we’ll send a link to your email. Simply click on the link to access your account. For more details, check out this article.

I can't access the email inbox associated with my account. What should I do?

If you're still logged into your Trustpilot Business account, you can update your email by following these steps. If you're not logged in, please reach out to our Support team and we’ll help you update your email to one you can access.

I am receiving an error message that the sign in link is “invalid.” What should I do?

Each login link can only be used once. If the link has already been used, you’ll see an error message. To get a new login link, simply enter your email address on the Trustpilot Business login page again and we'll send a new one.

I did not receive the login email. What should I do?

First, check your spam folder. If the email isn't there, contact your IT department to ensure there aren't any issues on your end. The login email comes from noreply.login@trustpilot.com with the subject: Sign in to Trustpilot Business.

May I share my login with multiple users?

No. Each individual user must have their own unique login.

How many users can I have on my account?

The number of user seats depends on your plan:

How do I create more users on my account?

I previously had 2-step verification for my Trustpilot Business account. Will it still work?
