Manage your sent invitations
In this article, we'll take you through the features of the Invitation status page and show you how you can filter, export, and cancel invitations.
You can click on the individual invitations to expand them and see more details.
From here, you can click Show invitation email to see a preview of the email that was sent.
Edit queued invitations
If the invitation hasn’t been sent yet, and is still queued for delivery, you can edit details such as sender name, delivery date, and reply-to email. If you want to change the settings of a specific invitation, here’s what to do:

From your Invitation status page, click on the invitation you want to edit.

The invitation will expand. Click Edit invitation. Make your edits, then click Send.
Filter your invitations

Go to your Invitation status page.

From the menu, select the filter to apply. You can filter by Delivery status, Invitation method, Invitation type, Date created, or Date sent.

Click the filter to open a drop-down menu and select the relevant data. Click Apply. (Multiple filters can be applied at the same time.)
Export your invitations
You can export your invitations (both filtered and unfiltered) into a CSV file to access them outside Trustpilot Business.

Go to your Invitation status page. In the upper right corner, click Export.

Select if you'd like the data to be separated by commas (,) or semicolons (;). Next, choose your desired date range.

Click Export and your file will begin exporting. When the file is ready, we'll send you an email with a link to download it. Follow the steps in the email to access the file.
Cancel invitations
It’s not possible to cancel a single invitation, but you can cancel all queued invitations. Cancelling invitations is not reversible, so only cancel if you’re sure you won’t need them in the future.

Go to your Invitation status page. Click the Cancel invitations button, located in the upper right.

Click Cancel Invitations.
