Everyone can send us a message using our contact form. Once you've submitted a request, a Support Agent will get back in touch with you as soon as possible.
If you've sent your request outside of our business hours, someone will contact you the next business day.
The Live Chat feature starts an instant conversation with a Support Agent. It's a great way to get help for pressing issues or answers to quick questions.
You can access Live Chat from the Help Center or from your Trustpilot Business account. To start a chat:
- Click the Help button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
- Type your question into the search field and press enter.
- You'll see a selection of suggested articles based on your question. If you'd still like to speak to an Agent, click Live chat.
To get access to Live Chat, you might need to upgrade to another pricing plan.
Trusty the chatbot
Trusty is our chatbot, and a new addition to the team. Trusty helps answer your quick questions, so that agents can spend more time with you on the tough stuff. Just ask your question in the chat and Trusty will answer or guide you to the right agent based on your question. Businesses on a paid plan can chat with Trusty and our agents directly by clicking the help button in the lower right corner of the screen in Trustpilot Business.
On certain pricing plans, you can request a callback from a Support Agent. In Trustpilot Business you'll see a question mark icon in the upper-right corner. Click Request a callback. Fill out the information, and someone will get in touch as soon as possible.
