Co-branding tips

When using our marketing assets, follow these tips to maximize the impact of showcasing your reviews. Watch our co-branding showreel below to discover how these benefits can help you build trust, grow and improve your business.

  • Accuracy is key. Display your latest overall score either as a star rating, TrustScore, or star label along with the Trustpilot logo. The information should be clear and not mislead customers.
  • Use a date stamp. Place a date stamp in your offline marketing so consumers know when your rating dates back to. In your online marketing, it's best to link directly to your Trustpilot profile page.
  • Focus on your business. Feature only your own TrustScore, star rating, star label or category ranking.
  • Ask permission to quote your customers. When you’re quoting one of your customers, be sure to get permission from the reviewer to use their name — or anonymize them.
  • Leverage the strength of your review numbers. Show off the total number of reviews you’ve collected alongside your ratings and the Trustpilot logo to let customers know you have a strong reputation.
  • Turn your Trustpilot profile page into a destination. Use your ad copy to encourage customers to visit your Trustpilot profile page, so shoppers can see how you interact with customers.

Misuse

Our marketing assets are designed to be used exactly as they are shown. Please don't alter, change, or modify in any way.

Logo

Use our logo on anything you'd like: from bags to boxes, banners to signage, digital ads to web. You can download logos in both raster and vector formats. Check out our logo section in the Brand Hub.

Primary logo

The primary version of our logo should be used as much as possible to promote brand recognition and should be the main logo showcased.

Secondary or monochrome logos

It’s not always possible to use our primary logo, so we’ve created a simplified version in a single color. Only use our secondary or monochrome logos if absolutely necessary.

Safe space

We use a safe space around the logo to ensure it stands out without competing with other design elements. No graphic elements, additional lettering, or imagery should be placed within this area. The size of this safe space varies between digital and print formats. For more information, check out our safe space section in the Brand Hub.
