Learn how to connect Trustpilot with e-conomic to trigger customer invitations automatically.

Follow these steps:

  1. Copy your company's unique Trustpilot e-mail address: [UNIQUEEMAILADDRESS]
  2. Log on to your e-conomic account
  3. Select Sales
  4. Go to Setup > Customer setup, and paste your company's unique Trustpilot e-mail address into the field Send quotations/orders/invoices/credit notes/reminders/statement of accounts bcc to. Click Ok.
  5. Select Invoices. Select an invoice that you’d like to send and click on Book and send selected.
  6. Follow this checklist before sending the invoice:
    • Select Send by e-mail.
    • Include [InvoiceNo] and [CustomerName] in the subject or body of the email template, as these placeholder texts pull in the customer information. [CompanyName] may also be used instead of [CustomerName].
Note: If you happen to be sending order confirmations from other domains, make sure to add them to your whitelist. This way Trustpilot knows what emails are allowed to trigger invitations to your customers.

How to add additional domains to your whitelist:

Go to your Trustpilot Dashboard and click on Invitations. Then choose Automatic Feedback Service and scroll down to Domains that trigger invitations. Add the domain(s) that are allowed to send trigger-emails to Trustpilot, e.g. orders.myshop.com.
