Trustpilot’s Zapier Application

What is Zapier?

Zapier is a web application that connects other web apps in order to move data and automate tasks between them with ease. Automating tasks between other online apps (such as Salesforce, Basecamp, Mailchimp, and Gmail) allows you to use complementary apps side-by-side.

The first step in using Zapier is to set up a Zap. A Zap is a blueprint for a task you want to perform over and over. It looks like this: When I get a new thing in A, do this other thing in B. The first part (A) is the trigger and the second part (B) is the action. For example: When I get a new mail in Mailchimp, create a new review invitation in Trustpilot. How are Trustpilot and Zapier integrated?

Trustpilot has built a Zapier app, allowing you to trigger your customer invitations seamlessly and automatically from Shopify, Salesforce, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Mailchimp, and many other apps from Zapier's extensive app directory.

Why use the Zapier app?

Zapier enables you to invite your customers to write a review when a specific trigger occurs in another web app you are using. Unlike other invitation methods, Zapier offers an increased degree of flexibility.

If using the Send invitation reminders function, remember to ensure that invitation reminders on your Trustpilot Business Account are not enabled, to avoid the possibility of reminders being sent twice.
