It’s not currently possible to change your account email directly within your online settings. Instead, submit a request for our Product Support team to make the change for you in a few simple steps.
Change your account email
- Fill out this form. Be sure to include the new email address you want registered to your account in the body of your message.
Note: Make sure you're logged into Trustpilot with the email address that's currently registered to your account.
- When Trustpilot Product Support receives your request, one of our Support Agents will contact you to verify the new email address, and confirm that you’re the account owner.
