AFS 1.0 Guide: Magento Commerce

This guide will show you how to set up the Trustpilot Automatic Feedback Service in Magento in 5 minutes.

Copy your company's unique Trustpilot email address: [UNIQUEEMAILADDRESS]

 Log in to your Magento Admin Panel

  1. From the top menu, choose System > Configuration
  2. In the left-hand menu, choose Sales Emails > Shipment
  3. In the field Send Shipment Email Copy to: paste the unique Trustpilot e-mail address
  4. Verify that Send Shipment Email Copy Method is set to BCC.
  5. Save configuration and set up is done.

How to add additional domains to your whitelist:

Go to your Trustpilot Dashboard and click on Invitations. Then choose Automatic Feedback Service and scroll down to Domains that trigger invitations. Add the domain(s) that are allowed to send trigger-emails to Trustpilot, e.g. orders.myshop.com.
