Analysis features a collection of analytics dashboards designed to help companies track and improve their business performance on Trustpilot.
Companies can track developments in the volume and star ratings of their collected reviews, monitor their TrustScore, and track how many customers they invite to leave reviews. The Analysis dashboards can retrieve data from December 2013 to the present day.
To access the Analysis dashboards, log in to your Trustpilot Business account and select Analytics > Analysis in the left-side panel. Immediately underneath, you’ll see four tabs that lead to the different Analysis dashboards. The functionalities of each are described below:
The Review ratings dashboard lets you track the overall performance of your review collection on Trustpilot over time. Use the dashboard’s filters to dive into specific segments of your collected reviews, to gain more detailed insights into how they are performing.
Period, interval and filter selection
Select the displayed time period, and if the dashboard should display data by daily, weekly, or monthly intervals.
You also have a range of filters that you can apply to filter the dashboard by review sources, tags, and languages. This helps you evaluate the different ways to get reviews on Trustpilot, or compare the performance of more detailed segments (for example: whether or not you tag reviews with relevant data, such as product category or store location).
The Performance overview shows the number of collected reviews in the period, as well as the star distribution and the average star rating of the reviews. The percentages shown in red or green below the numbers indicate how the chosen period compares to the period before. So if you’re looking at the last 60 days of reviews, those numbers are compared to the previous 60 day period.
Next to the Performance overview is a set of widgets that show you the top five Review sources, Tags, and Languages for the current period and filter selections. These widgets also function as shortcuts to the filters above, so you can click directly on them to add new filters to the dashboard.
Reviews over time
Track your average star rating and number of reviews over the chosen period to get a more detailed look at your performance per day, week, or month. You can use this, for example, to monitor KPIs on review performance goals, or gain insight into greater review trends over time. You can also download the dataset behind the chart as a .csv if you want to work with or visualize the data yourself.
This chart shows you the star distribution of the collected reviews for each day, week, or month in the chosen period. This gives you a compact look at whether you are getting a stable, increasing, or decreasing number of reviews, as well as the star distribution of those reviews. You can also download the dataset behind the chart as a .csv if you want to work with or visualize the data yourself.
The TrustScore is the score that is calculated on the basis of all your service reviews. It is displayed on your company profile page and in your TrustBox(es).
In Analytics > Analysis, click the TrustScore tab to view a report that shows how your TrustScore has developed over time. Changes in this graph develop slowly, as it takes a large number of reviews over time to affect your TrustScore.
