The invitation emails sent to your customers contain a link to your company profile page on Trustpilot, where they can leave a review about their buying experience. This also applies to product review invitations. It is very important you check this link, to ensure your customers land on the correct Trustpilot page.
If you're using the optimized template provided by Trustpilot, the set-up will be correctly configured. However, if you make changes to the optimized template, it can happen that the link gets modified and does not direct the customer to the correct page, or the link may become broken.
To check if the invitation link is correctly added to the invitation emails being sent to your customers, first click on the text Click here to review us on Trustpilot. Next, click on the hyperlink icon in the toolbar or you can simply double click on the link to open the settings.
A pop-up box will appear. If the link is set-up correctly it will appear as in the example below.
If not, then please make the necessary changes to reflect this example.
