At Trustpilot, we're committed to transparency. We want you to have as much control over your account settings as possible. In this article, learn how to manage both your personal and email settings for your Trustpilot user account.

Manage your personal settings

  1. Log in to Trustpilot, then click your user icon in the top right-hand corner. Select My Settings from the drop-down menu.

  1. Under Personal settings, change your Country by selecting from the drop-down menu. In the dialog box, review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, select the checkbox to accept, then click Save changes.

  1. Under Personal settings, change the Language for your account by selecting from the drop-down menu. Click Save information.

Manage your email settings

  1. Click your user icon in the top right-hand corner. Select My Settings from the drop-down menu.

  1. Under Email settings, select or deselect the toggle for which emails you would or would not like to receive from Trustpilot.

Account support emails are always enabled.

  1. Click Save.
