I don't know my log in details
If you don't know your log in details, you might have been responding to a review invitation when you initially signed up.
If you wrote your review in response to an invitation you received, an account would have been created for you when you published your review, and you would have received a welcome email from us.
To gain access to your account you can either:
Find the original welcome email you received from Trustpilot and click the link
Use the email address where you received the original invitation to request a new password
Why can't I leave a review without having to log in?
At Trustpilot, we take the first part of our name very seriously.
Transparency and fairness are at the heart of everything we do, and for that reason, each and every review on our site must be connected to a profile with a real person behind it.
So, how do I change my details?
- Go to Trustpilot.com and log in to your account - you can do this by clicking the text Log in on the top right side of the page, or by clicking the following button to access our login page: Log in to Trustpilot
- Once logged in, click on your profile picture icon, also located on the top right side of the page, to open the drop-down menu
- Click on My Settings
- You will be directed to a page with your personal information where you can edit your personal information, including your display name, and account settings
- Make sure you click on Save information before exiting the page
