To provide your customers with a timely response, you can customize your alerts and be notified when a new review has been written, or an older review updated.
To set up your notifications, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Trustpilot Business Account.
- Click on the settings wheel icon at the top right-hand corner of the page and select Notifications.
- You have several notification options to choose from. Select the notifications that are most relevant to you, and click Save changes.
Email Notifications for others
If you would like other people in your organization to receive notifications, you can enter additional email addresses to receive a copy of your notifications. Simply type in the email address and click Add email address.
This is especially useful if you have a team of people engaging with your customers and responding to reviews.
You can also delete an email address from receiving notifications by clicking on the Trash icon.
It is important to remember that anyone whose email address is added using this feature will be signed up to receive all notifications, it is not possible to specify which they receive.
For example, you may have multiple logins, each signed up to receive specific notifications from within their own account, e.g. only 1-3 star review notifications or only 4-5 star notifications. Adding one of these logins to the Email notifications for others feature will override this, causing them to receive all notifications.
Please note that the email address you use for your Trustpilot business login will automatically receive review notifications.
