Set up and manage review notifications

Want to reply to reviews in a timely manner? Set up and manage your review notifications to be alerted via email when a new review is written, or an older one updated.

Enable review notifications

  1. From your Trustpilot Business account, navigate to Settings > Email notifications.
  2. Select the checkboxes next to the types of reviews you want to receive email notifications about.
  3. Click Save changes. A confirmation message will appear.

Disable review notifications

  1. From your Trustpilot Business account, navigate to Settings > Email notifications.
  2. Deselect the checkboxes next to the types of reviews you no longer want to receive email notifications about.
  3. Click Save changes. A confirmation message will appear.

Send copies of notifications to others

It’s possible to send copies of all review notifications to an external email address. For example, you may want to keep a colleague up-to-date on reviews who doesn't have access to your Trustpilot Business account.

  1. From your Trustpilot Business account, navigate to Settings > Email notifications.
  2. Under Email colleagues about new reviews, enter the email address of the colleague you want to notify, then click Add email address. A confirmation message will appear. 
  3. To remove a recipient, click the trash bin to the left of their email address. A confirmation message will appear. 
Note: Any recipient whose email address is added using this feature will receive every email notification that's enabled.
