How Does Automatic Feedback Service (AFS) Work?

By linking your webshop with Trustpilot, you have the possibility to automatically send email invitations to your customers after each purchase they make. You will receive more reviews, get a better insight into your customers’ opinions, and this can help you improve customer satisfaction

Here are the basics of how the Automatic Feedback Service works

When a customer makes a purchase on your website, you send an order confirmation to the customer. If you put your unique AFS email address in the BCC field of the order confirmation, this will trigger an invitation on Trustpilot with your customer's credentials.

After a selected number of days, the Automatic Feedback Service sends an email to your customers inviting them to write a review of their experience. You can control this delay depending on your business needs. By default, the delay is set to 7 days.
