Trustpilot Analytics: Performance Overview

This feature is included in the Free, Plus, Premium, Advanced, and Enterprise plans.

Performance Overview shows you all of your review metrics. You’ll gain insights into the source of your reviews, how many you’ve gotten, and what your TrustScore is.

This page gives you easy access to all the analytics information needed to keep track of your review performance, allowing you to grow your business and improve your services. It includes key data points, some of which may be viewable by the public, so it’s important to keep track.

To see your Overview, go to Trustpilot Business > Analytics > Performance > Overview.

The data shown is from the last 28 days. This doesn't include data from the current day.

The Overview shows you:

Reviews collected – The total number of reviews you’ve collected in the last 28 days.

Invitations delivered – The total number of invitations that have been delivered in the last 28 days.

Current TrustScore – Your current TrustScore. You can also find this on your business's Trustpilot profile page.

Distribution of stars – The percentage of your reviews at each star level.

Source of reviews – The percentage of your reviews based on the review's source, such as automatic invitations, manual invitations, and organic reviews.

Public profile page visits – The total number of times your business’s profile page was visited and how much of that traffic came directly from the Trustpilot homepage.

Reply rate (public) – See how many 1 and 2 star reviews you’ve replied to in the past 12 months. This information is also available to users visiting your public profile page.

Time to reply (public) – See how fast you’ve replied to 1 and 2 star reviews in the past 12 months. This information is also available to users visiting your public profile page.
