Opinions or circumstances can change. Here's how to edit or delete a review you wrote on Trustpilot.
On Trustpilot, reviews are published instantly and without moderation. They’re user-generated: meaning that the person who wrote and owns the review can choose to edit or delete it at any time.
Edit your review
- Navigate to Trustpilot.com and click Log in in the top right-hand corner. Log in with your account details.
- Under your user icon in the top right-hand corner, select My Reviews from the drop-down menu.
- Find the review you want to change. Under the review text, click Edit.
- To edit the review, revise the text you wrote. To update the review, add a new section of text at the top or bottom of your original review and mark it as an update.
- Click Post your updated review to publish the changes.
Delete your review
Note: If you delete a review, it's gone for good. We can't recover it.
- Navigate to Trustpilot.com and click Log in in the top right-hand corner. Log in with your account details.
- Under your user icon in the top right-hand corner, select My Reviews from the drop-down menu.
- Find the review you want to delete. Under the review text, click Delete.
- In the dialog box, click OK to confirm.
Note: It’s also possible to be given the opportunity to edit a review by our Content Integrity Team if it’s been flagged for violating Trustpilot's Guidelines for Reviewers (US users, UK users). They can’t edit a review on the owner’s behalf, but they can remove it if the owner doesn’t edit to make it compliant.
