Browser support and Adblockers

Browser support

Trustpilot supports the current and previous versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and Internet Explorer 11. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome.

Checking for the latest version

Chrome requires that you go to the Settings page, and access the menu in the top left corner where the About Chrome page is. You will usually receive some sort of notification if your Chrome browser is out of date.

In Firefox, you can update directly from the Preferences page, or from the About page.

Edge is run by Windows Update. For the latest version, update your computer regularly.

Safari comes with your Mac or iPhone. For the latest version, update your device regularly.

Note: Safari for Windows has been discontinued and is no longer supported.

Adblockers and privacy filters

Trustpilot does not support Adblockers or privacy filters. We run a reliable site with high uptime.

We run monitoring tools to make sure you can log in, leave reviews, etc. Adblockers/privacy filters could detect our monitoring software in your browser and interfere with Trustpilot features.

Should you run into problems, try temporarily or permanently whitelisting Trustpilot. If that doesn’t help, please contact our Support Team for help.
