Trustpilot account created after November 2019
If you signed up for Trustpilot after November 11, 2019, you don’t have an account password. Instead, you'll receive a four-digit confirmation code to the email address registered on your account each time you log in. The confirmation code is used instead of a password.
Log in and receive your confirmation code
-
Go to Trustpilot.com and click Log in in the top right-hand corner.
-
Click Continue with email, then log in with your account details. This triggers an email from us with the four-digit confirmation code.
-
Check your email address’s inbox for the confirmation code email. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
-
Copy your four-digit code from the email. Back on Trustpilot, paste the code. If typed in correctly, the code will verify and log you in automatically.
-
If you’re having any code issues, you can always click Get a new code, to receive a new one to your email address’s inbox.
