Trustpilot account created after November 2019

If you signed up for Trustpilot after November 11, 2019, you don’t have an account password. Instead, you'll receive a four-digit confirmation code to the email address registered on your account each time you log in. The confirmation code is used instead of a password.

Log in and receive your confirmation code

  1. Navigate to Trustpilot.com and click Log in in the top right-hand corner.

  1. Click Continue with email, then log in with your account details. This triggers an email from us with the four-digit confirmation code.

  1. Check your email address’s inbox for the confirmation code email. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
  2. Copy your four-digit code from the email. Back on the Trustpilot, paste the code. If typed in correctly, the code will verify and log you in automatically.

  1. If you’re having any code issues, you can always click Get new code, to receive a new one to your email address’s inbox.
Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters long, and must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
