Trustpilot Analytics: Market peers

This feature is included in the Enterprise plan.

Explore your Market peers page to gain valuable insights into how your business stacks up against similar companies on Trustpilot. Dive into the data for your market peer group to gain a comprehensive understanding of your market position.

Your Market peers page reveals how your business compares to other similar businesses in your peer group. We use machine learning to determine your market peers by analyzing the content of your business profile, website, categories, locations, and the volume of your reviews. As a result, your market peers are unique and individual to your business, and automatically evolve over time to reflect changes in the market. If you believe you're in the wrong peer group, consider updating your business categories.

To find your Market peers page, go to Analytics > Market > Market peers.

You can filter the information by Business category, Business country, Claimed profile, and Asks for reviews on this page to drill down into your market peer group data.
