Want to start writing reviews on Trustpilot? Signing up and creating your profile is easy!
We strive to keep our platform transparent and trustworthy. That's why it's important to us that all reviews come from genuine people who’ve had a real experience.
So, in order to write a review on Trustpilot, you’ll need to sign up and create a user profile. All you need to do is sign up via email, Facebook, Google, or Apple.
Sign up with email

Go to Trustpilot.com and click Log in in the top right-hand corner.

On the next page, click Continue with email.

Enter your email address, then click Continue with email. Then enter your name.
The name you enter is your Trustpilot username, and is publicly visible next to your reviews. You can change your username at any time.

Review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, select the checkbox to accept, then click Sign up. We'll send you an email with a four-digit confirmation code.

Check your email inbox for the confirmation code email. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Copy your four-digit code from the email. Back on Trustpilot, paste the code. If typed in correctly, the code will verify and log you in automatically.
Sign up with Facebook

Go to Trustpilot.com and click Log in in the top right-hand corner.

On the next page, click Continue with Facebook.

If you’re not logged in, enter your Facebook account details in the dialog box and click Log in. Click Continue as [Your Name]. Then review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, select the checkbox to accept, and click Continue.

If you're already logged into your Facebook account, click Continue as [Your Name] in the dialog box. Then review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, select the checkbox to accept, and click Continue.
If you use your full name and a profile picture on Facebook, they'll also appear on Trustpilot unless you manually change them.
Sign up with Google

Go to Trustpilot.com and click Log in in the top right-hand corner.

On the next page, click Continue with Google.

In the dialog box, select the Google account you want to connect with your Trustpilot account.
Review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, select the checkbox to accept, and click Continue.
Sign up with Apple
- Go to Trustpilot.com and click Log in in the top right-hand corner.
- On the next page, click Sign in with Apple.
- Fill in the email address and password connected to your Apple ID.
- Fill out the six-digit Apple ID Verification Code sent to your phone.
- Review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, select the checkbox to accept, and click Continue.
